An instrument without a model is a spectrum you still have to interpret

Our commitment does not end with the sale. We build the calibration, train the operators, service the hardware and integrate the system — so the measurement becomes routine rather than a project.

Built for plant deployment

The software runs locally on Windows 10 or 11 with no internet connection required, exports SPC and CSV, and is controllable over OPC UA. Measurements are kept as immutable historical records; an automatic signal-to-noise self-test that also reports whether the cell is clean is in development. Installation is done remotely over AnyDesk and can follow your corporate IT policy; an offline installer is in development.

For regulated sites we provide Installation Qualification, and work with you on Operational and Performance Qualification. The Plant version under development uses EMA ICH Q7 as its GMP reference, and KAX Group supports full GMP compliance with the instrument used as PAT.

    Send process samples. We measure them and tell you whether the analyte is visible at the concentration you need — including when the answer is no.

    Instrument loan

    Where it fits, the evaluation runs on your process rather than in our demo, on your own timescale.

    Model development

    The calibration is built against your chemistry and your reference method, then validated on batches it never saw.

    Installation & qualification

    IQ supplied; OQ and PQ run jointly with your team, against EMA ICH Q7 where GMP applies.

  5. 05

    Training

    Operation, interpretation and troubleshooting, so the measurement does not depend on one person being available.

  6. 06

    Ongoing support

    Revalidation as feedstock or specification changes, residual monitoring, and servicing of the flow path.

The part most projects underestimate

An instrument measures absorbance at hundreds of wavelengths. Everything that makes that useful — deciding which analytes, designing a calibration set that spans the range and deliberately breaks the correlations, collecting reference values, choosing preprocessing and latent variables, validating on held-out batches, then watching residuals in production — is model work.

A project that budgets for the hardware and not for the model has budgeted for half the system. That is why these are services, and why they are available on their own if you already own an instrument.
