BIO Asia-Taiwan brings the region's biotechnology industry together across manufacturing, CDMO and research. For a bioprocess audience the relevant question is a narrow one: what is the substrate concentration in the broth right now, and can you feed against it rather than against a fixed profile.
That is the measurement we bring to the stand — the palm-sized mid-IR spectrometer running live on a flow cell rather than sitting in a case.
What happens at the stand
The instrument runs live rather than sitting in a case. Bring a sample of the stream you are trying to measure and we will put it through the flow cell while you watch the spectrum change — that is a more useful five minutes than any brochure.
If you would rather prepare, send the measurement beforehand and we will have the answer, including the honest one where mid-IR cannot see your analyte at the concentration you need.
